  My parents have always been going to this office for many years: Its been such a bad experience with the front desk ladies, they are very careless, unorganized; rude people. Currently we are dealing with some health issues with one of my parents; for many years we have told our parents FIND SOME OTHER LOCATION TO GO. They NEVER return calls like they say they would, misplace important paperwork that needs to be filled out in a timely matter, since they do not send out for you; you wait and wait for them to call us, when they tell us it takes 2-3 business days for doctors to fill out. We're are the ones who have to follow up and when we ask them if paperwork is ready, they act careless and can not find or know where those important papers are, they state they will call us and never return calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! they may not care about the patients heath but THEY SO QUICK TO TAKE OR BILL A PAYMENT. They take for ever for anything; I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE; I work in retail and care about my customers, I just cant believe that they treat some of their long time patients with no urgency or proper respect always lack of professionism... I WILL BE SEEKING ANOTHE DOCTOR FOR MY PARENTS THEY ARE OLDER NOW AND ITS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CARE FOR THEM; But not in this facility.
