- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The billing department was a little disorganized, including the lab. Billing: I was sent to a collection agency, but it was cleared after I proved that I paid the AH. Medical Pavilion, LAB: All other visits were perfect. That day, I waited more than 3 hours. It was unusual. It didn't bother me because I was reading a book. I realized it when I was alone in the waiting area. I wondered and I did ask your staffs. They were in a panic when I asked somebody for help. My red folder didn't make it at the vampire's desk. . They made me giggle. It was done within a minute.Overall, I had good experiences with the doctors, nurses, and other staffs.
